We’re looking for a motivated B2B Account Executive to fuel estaie’s commercial growth across the UAE and GCC.

You’ll play a central role in generating leads, qualifying opportunities, and supporting the full sales cycle as we redefine how businesses manage accommodation for their employees, consultants, and project teams.

This role is perfect for a driven early-career professional who combines ambition, curiosity, and discipline. You’ll learn directly from senior commercial leaders while owning tangible outcomes — contributing to revenue, relationships, and estaie’s broader market expansion.


As B2B Account Executive, your Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development & Outreach

  • Support the B2B Account Manager in identifying and qualifying new corporate opportunities.

  • Conduct proactive outreach via calls, LinkedIn, and email campaigns to generate leads.

  • Research and map target companies across sectors such as consulting, construction, energy, and tech.

  • Execute data-backed prospecting campaigns using tools like Apollo, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

  • Represent estaie professionally in client-facing interactions and meetings.

2. Sales Enablement & Pipeline Support

  • Manage CRM data to ensure pipeline accuracy and sales activity visibility.

  • Follow up on inbound and marketing-generated leads to convert them into qualified prospects.

  • Join discovery calls and demos, supporting the B2B Account Manager with notes, insights, and follow-ups.

  • Independently manage smaller accounts and opportunities as experience grows.

  • Meet and exceed activity-based KPIs (calls, meetings, qualified leads) contributing to overall team targets.

3. Client Relationship Support

  • Assist in onboarding new corporate clients, coordinating with Operations and Partnerships teams.

  • Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify expansion potential.

  • Support renewals, repeat bookings, and cross-sell opportunities across departments.

  • Provide structured feedback and market insights to help refine estaie’s sales strategy.


What You Bring
  • 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or customer success, ideally within hospitality, travel tech, or SaaS.

  • Strong understanding of prospecting, outreach, and lead qualification.

  • Skilled with CRM and sales tools (HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn, or equivalent).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication; confident initiating conversations with decision-makers.

  • Organised, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.

  • Eager to learn from senior leaders and progress into an Account Manager role.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first startup environment.

  • Fluent in English; Arabic or other regional languages are a plus.

  • GCC travel flexibility is required for client meetings and events.

Your Growth Story

In your first 6 months, you’ll master outreach, lead qualification, and CRM precision.

By month 12, you’ll own a portfolio of clients, close deals independently, and contribute directly to regional revenue.

From there, you’ll evolve into an Account Manager — leading strategic relationships and driving estaie’s B2B expansion across the GCC.
