We are seeking an ambitious B2B Account Manager to drive estaie’s commercial growth across the UAE, GCC, and international markets.
This is a hands-on commercial role that combines business development, client management, and strategic partnerships. You will own relationships with enterprises that require long-term accommodation for employees, consultants, and project teams — redefining how organizations manage extended stays.
You will operate at the front line of our mission, representing estaie’s brand, platform, and vision to the region’s top companies.
As
B2B Account Manager, your Key Responsibilities:
To position estaie as the go-to partner for long-stay corporate accommodation — turning conversations into contracts, contracts into relationships, and relationships into recurring revenue.
1. Business Development & Market Expansion
- Identify and qualify new corporate clients across enterprise, SME, and startup segments.
- Develop a robust pipeline across the relocation, consulting, construction, energy, technology, and finance sectors.
- Proactively engage senior stakeholders through outreach, referrals, and strategic networking.
- Represent estaie at industry events, conferences, and client presentations, elevating brand visibility across the region.
- Translate market insights into structured go-to-market plans with measurable outcomes.
2. Sales Ownership
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle — from prospecting to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
- Deliver consultative sales conversations focused on value, ROI, and operational impact.
- Utilize CRM and automation tools (such as HubSpot, Apollo, and LinkedIn) to track, nurture, and convert opportunities.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, with recognition through tiered commission and incentive structures.
- Support the COO in refining the commercial strategy and B2B growth playbook.
3. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with HR, procurement, travel, and mobility teams.
- Present estaie’s platform solutions and coordinate onboarding with internal teams.
- Monitor client satisfaction and renewal rates; act as the liaison between clients and internal functions (Partnerships, Product, Operations).
- Tailor long-stay accommodation solutions to client requirements, ensuring alignment with estaie’s operational model.
4. Performance Reporting & Insight
- Maintain structured CRM data and deliver accurate pipeline forecasts.
- Report key metrics: conversion rates, revenue contribution, and sales velocity.
- Provide product feedback and insights from the field to help shape estaie’s B2B roadmap.
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development (hospitality, travel, relocation, or SaaS preferred).
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
- Deep understanding of corporate travel procurement, workforce mobility, or accommodation sourcing.
- Strong UAE and GCC business network, with a proven ability to build relationships at the C-level.
- Skilled in CRM management, pipeline building, and structured reporting.
- Confident presenter and negotiator, able to tailor messages for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Entrepreneurial mindset — self-starter, data-driven, and motivated by growth and ownership.
- Fluent in English; Arabic or other regional languages are a strong plus.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai; ability to travel regionally as required.
