Senior Software Engineer (Mobile)

We are building an AI-driven layer that connects hospitality, fintech, and data intelligence powering dynamic pricing, agentic lead generation, smart inventory orchestration, and autonomous operations across global markets.

We are now looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Mobile) who will lead the development of estaie’s Flutter-based mobile apps for iOS and Android, delivering an ultra-fast, intuitive, and AI-aware experience for guests and partners. You’ll work closely with backend (NestJS + Golang), AI (LangGraph + Vertex AI), and design (Tailwind + shadcn/ui) teams to build scalable, data-driven mobile experiences that feel intelligent, not just functional.

As Software Engineer, your Key Responsibilities:

• Architecture & Development
  
  
• • Lead end-to-end development of Flutter mobile applications with a focus on performance, modularity, and scalability.
    
    
  • Integrate with estaie’s AI-native backend (NestJS + LangGraph APIs + Vertex AI endpoints).
    
    
  • Build offline-first capabilities for extended-stay workflows (bookings, extensions, chat, payments).
    
    
  • Maintain consistent design system across web (Next.js) and mobile (Flutter).
    
    
  • Optimize for 100 ms perceived performance and 4.7★ App Store / Play Store ratings.
    
    
• AI-Native Integration
  
  
• • Implement AI-powered features such as conversational assistants, personalized property recommendations, and smart notifications.
    
    
  • Consume and visualize data from BigQuery and Vertex AI models (pricing, personalization, predictions).
    
    
  • Collaborate with AI engineers to make model outputs explainable and user-friendly.
    
    
• Quality, Reliability & Security
  
  
• • Write clean, testable, maintainable code (unit, widget, and integration tests).
    
    
  • Leverage Firebase + GCP tools for analytics, crash reporting, and in-app experiments.
    
    
  • Ensure end-to-end data security and privacy compliance (GDPR, PDPL).
    
    
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
  
  
• • Work closely with designers, backend, and AI teams to deliver unified product experiences.
    
    
  • Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and CI/CD automation (GitHub Actions + Cloud Run).
    
    
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to internal Flutter guidelines and best practices.
    
    

What You Bring

• 5+ years of professional experience in mobile development, including 3+ years in Flutter (Dart).
  
  
• Proven track record of building and publishing production-grade cross-platform apps at scale.
  
  
• Deep understanding of state management (Bloc, Riverpod, Provider) and modular architecture.
  
  
• Hands-on experience integrating REST / GraphQL APIs, WebSockets, and push notifications.
  
  
• Familiarity with AI or ML-powered features, conversational UX, or data visualization is a big plus.
  
  
• Strong problem-solving skills, debugging ability, and understanding of app lifecycle on both iOS and Android.
  
  
• Comfortable collaborating in a TypeScript + Flutter full-stack environment.
  
  

Bonus Skills

• Experience with Firebase / Braze / Resend for transactional and marketing automation.
  
  
• Knowledge of LangChain / LangGraph SDKs, or integrating with Vertex AI APIs.
  
  
• Familiarity with CI/CD for Flutter (Fastlane, Codemagic) and automated testing pipelines.
  
  
• Understanding of localization, RTL layout, and region-specific UX (UAE / KSA / EU).
