We’re building the most capital-efficient customer acquisition engine in the global travel industry, and we’re hiring a Paid Performance Manager to own it — completely.
This is not an “oversight” or “strategy” role.
It’s a hands-on growth engineering position for a performance marketing expert who lives inside dashboards, scripts, and bid algorithms — optimizing cost per click and ROAS down to the decimal.
As Paid Performance Manager, your Key Responsibilities:
You will own, operate, and optimize all performance marketing systems — across search, social, programmatic, and affiliates — with full budget accountability and performance targets.
Your mission is simple: spend less, convert more, and scale profitably.
1. Programmatic Advertising & Display Performance
- Launch, monitor, and optimize programmatic campaigns across DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, and Xandr.
- Manage OpenRTB setups, Prebid.js wrappers, and supply-path efficiency optimizations.
- Configure and fine-tune bid shading, frequency caps, floor pricing, and creative rotation.
- Implement brand safety and verification tools (IAS, MOAT, DoubleVerify, TrafficGuard).
- Deploy Floodlight, GTM server-side tagging, and custom attribution models.
- Automate reporting pipelines using GA4, Looker Studio, Snowflake, or Tableau.
2. Search Engine Marketing (Primary Focus)
- Run and scale Google Ads with full-funnel mastery — from keyword research to conversion tracking.
- Manage Bing/Microsoft Ads and Yandex for secondary acquisition channels.
- Build advanced automation scripts for bid adjustments, ad rotation, and budget pacing.
- Create custom dashboards and implement smart bidding strategies for lower CAC.
- Optimize landing page quality scores, ad rank, and CTR through copy and UX alignment.
- Implement Performance Max, Search, Display, and Discovery campaign architectures.
3. Paid Social Advertising
- Execute and scale paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest.
- Run structured creative testing frameworks (audiences, placements, lookalikes).
- Build remarketing loops with CRM and retention systems (HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Optimize for blended ROAS across paid and organic channels.
4. Affiliate, SEO, & Holistic Funnel Integration
- Build and manage global affiliate programs, integrating custom UTMs and tracking parameters.
- Coordinate with content and SEO contributors to synchronize organic and paid efforts.
- Oversee attribution modeling and end-to-end funnel visibility across all touchpoints.

- Google Ads (mandatory), Bing Ads, Yandex
- Social Ads:
- Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest
- Tracking & Attribution:
- GTM, Floodlight, Meta Pixel, server-side tagging, Odoo, Google Analytics 4 & Mixpanel.
- Analytics & Automation:
- SQL, Python scripting, Google Ads Scripts
- Looker Studio, Snowflake, Tableau, BigQuery
- Brand Safety:
- IAS, MOAT, DoubleVerify, TrafficGuard
- Creative Platforms:
- Celtra, Google Studio, Canva, Runway, Figma
What You Bring
- 7-10 years of hands-on performance marketing experience across programmatic, search, and social.
- Proven track record of owning budgets, scaling accounts, and lowering CAC.
- Deep understanding of auction mechanics, smart bidding, and conversion attribution.
- Proficient in SQL and Python, with an automation mindset for scaling workflows.
- Experience implementing fraud prevention, brand safety, and multi-touch attribution.
- Analytical to the core — you think in ROAS, CTR, and CVR, not “likes” or “reach.”
- Fluent in English with clear, data-driven reporting communication.
- Obsessed with efficiency: “pay less, convert more” is your creative philosophy.
- Thrives under pressure in a startup setting — no excuses, no hand-holding.
Performance Metrics & KPIs
You will be measured across:
- ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
- CAC Efficiency (Cost per Qualified Lead / Conversion)
- Attribution Accuracy (conversion and tracking fidelity)
- Conversion Rate Optimization (across search, display, and funnel)
- Revenue Contribution (directly attributable to paid campaigns)
You are expected to monitor, report, and iterate daily, maintaining a lean and high-efficiency mindset.

- Commissions: Uncapped, tied to measurable campaign ROAS and revenue
- 6-Month Salary Review: Based on performance metrics
