As Partnerships Executive, you will be the operational heartbeat of estaie’s supply growth — leading onboarding, enablement, and performance optimization for our accommodation partners.

This is a relationship-driven, tech-enabled role for professionals who combine commercial acumen, operational discipline, and hospitality empathy. You will translate technology into trust, and partnerships into revenue.


As Partnerships Executive, your Key Responsibilities:

1. Partner Onboarding & Enablement

  • Lead the full onboarding journey for hotels, serviced apartments, and vacation rentals.

  • Conduct concise training sessions to guide partners through the Partner Portal or API integrations.

  • Review listings, pricing, and stay-length strategies to optimize for extended-stay performance.

  • Collaborate with Product and Operations to streamline self-onboarding and automation workflows.

  • Ensure partners are set up for success across systems, processes, and distribution strategy.

2. Relationship Management & Activation

  • Be the primary point of contact for global partners, from onboarding to activation.

  • Maintain structured check-ins to ensure consistent engagement and responsiveness.

  • Analyze partner data to identify underperformance and deploy reactivation strategies.

  • Coordinate across Sales and Product to ensure partner needs are anticipated and addressed.

  • Build trusted relationships that turn partners into advocates.

3. Market Expansion & Outreach

  • Identify and qualify new partners across target regions using data, outreach tools, and hospitality networks.

  • Support inbound leads from estaie’s marketing funnels and referral channels.

  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of high-quality supply across key markets.

  • Present estaie’s value proposition confidently to hoteliers, operators, and management companies.

4. Reporting & Process Excellence

  • Produce structured reports on onboarding progress, partner engagement, and portfolio health.

  • Monitor KPIs such as activation rate, content quality, and booking velocity.

  • Provide actionable insights to Product and Leadership to improve partner experience and retention.


What You Bring
  • 3-5 years of experience in partnerships, OTA operations, or hospitality account management.

  • Background in hospitality, travel tech, or proptech with a clear understanding of inventory distribution and channel management.

  • Skilled communicator who can engage C-level hoteliers and small property owners alike.

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and structured in managing multiple partners simultaneously.

  • Experienced with CRM tools (HubSpot, Airtable, or Notion) and capable of deriving insights from data.

  • Fluent in English; additional languages (Arabic, French, Spanish, or Mandarin) are a strong plus.

  • Exposure to PMS or Channel Manager systems (SiteMinder, Cloudbeds, Opera, etc.) is highly desirable.

Your Growth Story

You’ll be part of the early team defining estaie’s global supply strategy.

In 12–18 months, you’ll have the opportunity to grow into Senior Partnerships Manager or Regional Lead, overseeing partner success across key markets.
