Senior Product Designer

estaie is the world’s first AI-native extended-stay accommodation platform, redefining how flexible living is priced, personalized, and operated.

We are building an AI-driven layer that connects hospitality, fintech, and data intelligence powering dynamic pricing, agentic lead generation, smart inventory orchestration, and autonomous operations across global markets.

Our mission: to make long-stay travel frictionless, intelligent, and financially optimized  for operators, corporate bookers, and digital nomads alike.

We are now looking for a Senior Product Designer who will lead end-to-end product design across web, mobile, and AI interfaces. You’ll craft intuitive, intelligent experiences that translate complex data and AI behaviors into elegant, human-centered interactions. You’ll partner closely with engineering, product, and AI teams to define the look, feel, and flow of the estaie platform — from search and booking experiences to AI conversations, pricing explainability, and partner dashboards.

As Product Designer, your Key Responsibilities:
 

• Product Design Leadership
  
  
• • Own UX/UI for end-to-end journeys across guest, host, and partner experiences.
    
    
  • Translate AI logic (pricing models, personalization, predictions) into clear, explainable UI.
    
    
  • Build a consistent design language using Tailwind + shadcn/ui design system.
    
    
• AI-Driven Experience Design
  
  
• • Design AI interactions (conversational booking, explainable pricing, lead agents).
    
    
  • Create UX patterns for autonomous operations — e.g., smart extensions, dynamic pricing updates, or chat-based booking.
    
    
  • Work with data and AI engineers to visualize intelligence (recommendations, confidence levels, predictions).
    
    
• Collaboration & Execution
  
  
• • Partner with Next.js / Flutter engineers for implementation and design QA.
    
    
  • Work with the LangGraph + Vertex AI team to shape human-AI interaction flows.
    
    
  • Contribute to usability testing and behavioral analytics (PostHog + Statsig).
    
    
• Design System & Accessibility
  
  
• • Maintain a unified multi-platform design system that scales globally.
    
    
  • Ensure all designs are WCAG-compliant, responsive, and localization-ready (UAE, KSA, UK, EU).
    
    

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in product design (SaaS, marketplace, or AI-powered products preferred).
  
  
• Strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem solving, data-driven UX, and clean, modern UI.
  
  
• Deep understanding of interaction design, micro-animations, and component-based systems (Figma mastery).
  
  
• Experience designing for AI or data-rich interfaces (recommendations, chat UX, dashboards, explainability).
  
  
• Comfortable collaborating with TypeScript/Next.js and Flutter engineers.
  
  
• Excellent communication and documentation skills — design specs, handoff, and cross-functional collaboration.

Bonus Skills ​

• Familiarity with AI design principles (prompt UX, conversational UX, explainable AI).
  
  
• Experience in hospitality, travel, or proptech design systems.
  
  
• Motion design or prototyping skills using Framer or After Effects.
  
  
• Understanding of data visualization and information hierarchy for analytics dashboards.
