We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Integrations) who will own and scale the Partner Integration Layer — the backbone that connects estaie to global booking channels, PMS systems, payment gateways, and property data networks.
You’ll design high-performance APIs, build and maintain real-time synchronization across 100+ partner platforms (e.g., Booking.com, Airbnb, Cloudbeds, SiteMinder, OYO OS, Bitrix24, Stripe), and ensure that every integration is fast, reliable, and secure.
This role blends architecture, API design, and systems reliability engineering, requiring deep technical skill and a product mindset.
As Software Engineer, your Key Responsibilities:
- Architect & Develop scalable, well-documented API integrations using NestJS (TypeScript) and Go microservices deployed on Cloud Run.
- Build and optimize real-time inventory, pricing, and booking sync pipelines across multiple partner systems (<50 ms SLA).
- Implement event-driven communication using Google Pub/Sub and Redis distributed locks to ensure transactional consistency and prevent double bookings.
- Design integration SDKs for external partners and automate onboarding via estaie’s Partner Portal.
- Collaborate with AI, Data, and Product teams to enable Vertex AI-powered personalization and dynamic pricing through integrations.
- Ensure observability through Google Cloud Monitoring, Sentry, and custom metrics for partner APIs.
- Maintain compliance and security with Cloudflare WAF, Google Secret Manager, and Stripe Radar standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to integration-level design reviews and architecture decisions.

What You Bring
- 5+ years experience in backend or integration-focused engineering roles.
- Strong command of TypeScript / Node.js (NestJS) and Go for high-performance services.
- Hands-on experience integrating third-party APIs, webhooks, or channel-management systems.
- Solid grasp of distributed systems, event-driven architecture, and real-time data pipelines.
- Experience with GCP (Pub/Sub, Cloud Run, Cloud SQL) or equivalent cloud services.
- Understanding of OAuth 2.0, web security, and API versioning strategies.
- Familiarity with hospitality tech, PMS/OTA integrations, or marketplace APIs is a plus.
- Passion for clean code, reliability, and automation.
